Cresswind Twin Lakes

This is a Premier Community* located in Hoschton. The builder is Kolter Homes. It is gated and when completed will be the largest Pickleball center in the Southeastern United States with 41 Pickleball courts. There are 15 onsite models to view. It is estimated to take 8yrs or more to be completed with more than 1300 homes. No amenities yet but this gives you pre-construction prices and low HOA dues. Del Webb Chateau Elan

This is a Premier Community* located in Hoschton. The builder is Del Webb-Pulte. All of their amenities are completed. This community offers 9 Floorplans and 4 onsite models to view. Adjacent to the gorgeous Chateau Elan Golf, Spa, and Vineyard. This community will take about 4-5 years to build and when complete will have almost 800 homes.

The Retreat at Sterling Lake

This Premier Community* (minus the indoor heated pool) is located in Flowery Branch. The builder is David Weekly. It is gated and will have 253 homes when completed in about 3 years. In addition to its own amenities, residents can also use the amenities in the adjacent, all-ages community of Sterling Lake. There are 2 onsite models and multiple floor plans to choose from.

The Orchards at Central Park

This community located in Cumming, Georgia will have attached single-story condos and single-family homes. Orchards at Central Park is built by The Orchards Group a very well-known local 55+ Community Builder. There is a clubhouse, a pool, and lawn maintenance is included. There are 2 onsite models and the home will have 160 homes when complete.
