Here’s what you need to know when choosing the right 55+ Community for you!

Know your budget!

Location, Location, Location!

Once you know your budget you need your why!  Why do you want to move, closer to family, weather, taxes, cost of living, all of the above?  This will help you choose a location for your 55+ home search.

Active Adult Community Options

You know your budget and location now to choose a type of Active Adult Community.  A large community with lots of amenities? A smaller community with more of a community feel and typically fewer amenities?

NOTE:  More amenities equals higher prices for homes. The location also affects the prices of homes.

Prioritize Your Wants and Needs

If all the stars align you will find the perfect community in just the right community, within your budget.  If this is not the case, you may need to prioritize your wants and needs or increase your budget if you are able to do so.
