In short, the Activities Director is the lifeblood of the social scene. They organize and execute the details of various community events, working to make them a success and keep them within budget. The Activities or Lifestyle Director adds to the cost of the HOA dues but, in my opinion, is well worth the cost for what they add to community social life.
